The Circus is coming to town! Mixing Victorian freak show, Burlesque beauty, a choice of highly skilled traditional and contemporary circus performance and dance. We proudly welcome you to you the Greatest Show on Earth, now featuring the “Eighth Wonder of the World!” .

 

A guaranteed night to remember for your punters featuring a dash of Burlesque fantasy and freakish Victoriana, all wrapped up in a dazzling whirlwind of Circus panache. It can only be the famous Area 51 “Circus Circus!”. A coordinated team of top-drawer talent brings you rolling entertainment throughout the night. Ideally suited to venues with a stage, utilizing trapeze if at all possible. Package typically features 10-12 people; options include Ringmaster host, Interactive performers, Superdancers, Jugglers, Burlesque dancers, Aerial artists and a coordinator.

TYPICAL RUNNING ORDER Upon arrival you will first be amazed by the fire jugglers outside the venue and greeted by our larger than life Ringmaster; welcoming everyone in with a mighty “Roll-up!”. Giant killer Klowns as living statues frame the doorway – jumping to life to startle random passers-by! Also expect to see our clan of cheeky chimps getting up to no good and have your fortune told by our mystical Tarot reader in her own Booth – completely fake, but amazing how many people are hoodwinked! Once the night is in full flow, the Ringmaster will take that most fabulous of freaks - the Elephant Man - on a parade around the venue accompanied by the burlesque dancer. Also watch out for walkabouts by our lumbering Killer Klowns and the bearded lady on stilts with her Victorian minder. The jugglers will mix and mingle showing off a variety of circus skills and our lovely burlesque dancer will show off a titillating fan dance. The sexy-psycho clown dancers will work the podiums and stage – look out for their explosive finale; suddenly inflating to become huge fat clowns, a very funny and unexpected twist. If the room doesn’t allow for airborne acts, we’ll have a little fella join in the walkabout fun; mini killer Klown / ringmaster. Is that a chimp’s tea-party I spy on the stage; things are going to get messy! The stage will feature a number of stunning cabaret slots. Where possible we’ll be using an Aerialist – choose from rope, silks or trapeze. The jugglers will perform a mesmerising 6 club passing routine with hi-tech strobing colour changing glow clubs. In the evening’s incredible finale, the pièce de résistance will be a large scale stage show featuring the construction of a huge cage and surprise materialisation 8th Wonder of the World – King Kong – live on stage, right before your eyes. The beast breaks free from his cage and it takes our beautiful burlesque dancer to placate him. The dancers will then take to the stage and perform an amazing choreographed routine. You’ve never witnessed a night like it – such variety, such splendour; it’s the Greatest Show on Earth!
